Shipping & Delivery Policy
Quick summary: Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped. Your plan is activated the moment your payment is confirmed.
1. What you are buying
ViralDM sells software subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Agency and API plans) and, through creators' own ViralDM stores, digital products such as files, links and access codes. There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no courier and no delivery address.
2. When you get access
- Subscriptions (web, via Razorpay): activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a few seconds. Your dashboard shows the new plan immediately.
- Subscriptions (Android app, via Google Play): activated when Google Play reports the purchase to us, normally within a minute.
- Digital products from a creator's store: delivered on the store's access page and, where the creator set one up, by direct message, as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- UPI screenshot payments to a creator: the creator's automation delivers once the proof is verified; if it is held for the creator's manual review you will be told, and the creator releases it.
3. If access does not arrive
If your payment succeeded but the plan or product is not visible within 30 minutes, email [email protected] with the payment id or order id. We resolve delivery issues within 1 business day, and a payment that cannot be fulfilled is refunded in full under our Refund Policy.
4. Charges
There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges. Applicable GST is shown before you pay.
